HUMAN RECONNECTION is an ongoing interactive portrait exhibition where individuals sit for impromptu portrait sessions in public space. Initiated after the COVID-19 pandemic, the project responds to a rare social moment as people relearned how to connect with one another.

The work employs deliberate formal restraint: a minimal set, one light, white background, and an absence of color. Constraints remove excess, leaving interaction as the primary variable. Each portrait depends entirely on the brief exchange between photographer and subject, allowing unguarded emotion to surface through direct human engagement.
